I was born and raised in Norther Nevada and graduated from Carson High School. I moved to Lake Tahoe as it has many outdoor opportunities. My family has been in the real estate business for over 30 years, and it just felt like the right thing to do and follow in their footsteps, and in doing so I have proven to myself and my satisfied clients that this was indeed a good choice.
In my early years, I was a nanny in Lake Tahoe to four children, a fitness instructor for 10 years and I owned my own business, “Town Car Company” based out of San Francisco. After having my first child, I moved back to Carson City, where my family resides, and I worked for the State of Nevada. I have traveled to several different countries, trekked to the base camp of Mt. Everest, cycled my bike to many different places, including Bali and the entire West Coast. I earned my Black Belt at 18 years old. You can find me backpacking in desolation, camping, or travelling somewhere and spending time with my kids.

We started our journey with Brenda a little over two years ago. Our dream was to retire in Carson City, but we were not ready at the time. Brenda signed us up to receive MLS listings we could rate, to help identify areas and styles of houses we might be interested in. We kept in
touch; she was always very responsive. As the time for retirement neared, Brenda was able to offer us virtual tours of two houses. Her insights were very helpful: there was one house that looked great in the photos, but not so great in person. When it was time to buy, she lined up
eight houses and we found our house almost immediately. She had us look at others to be sure. She was able to advise on the types of inspections, having a professional cleaning, and had solutions regarding the spa being left by the sellers which we did not want to keep. Brenda has been professional, personable, and wonderful to work with every step of the way.
