Near the end of the process you will have to pay the $40 application fee. Please remember you must see the property before we start the lease process. If you cannot see it, you will be required to sign a “Sight Unseen” form. This means that we represent the property as accurately as possible. If you sign a lease, you are required to fulfill the terms of the lease, even if you haven’t seen the property.
