Thank you Bob (property management) for being responsive, personable, honest, quick, and helpful. I was searching for a home to rent in Carson City NV. He responded to my inquiries and did so quickly. He prepared documents within an hour. He made time for me to tour a property on a Saturday morning. I was on-time and Bob had already been at the property at least 20 minutes prior to my arrival. He prepped the property. He was helpful and answered all our questions. Bob was great to work with! There are plenty of property management companies to work with but I recommend Bob (Robert Frenchu) with Kitchen Realty. Likewise if/when I need a property management, I’ll be going to see Bob.
